Eric Fensterstock’s approach to interactive marketing begins with strategy.
Eric’s expertise is in understanding business and marketing strategy, and then applying the right technology to meet business goals. For example, often a web engagement will follow from a new direction in brand positioning. Every element of online strategy is then examined in light of the positioning objectives and the realities of the internal culture and business processes. Eric draws from experience on both the client and agency sides of the marketing field. His thorough understanding of the latest technology trends co-exists with an appreciation for what approaches will work best for clients.
Eric’s diverse client portfolio at Murphy & Co. has included Accenture, Fluor, Duff & Phelps, Protiviti, and Robert Half International. To each client, he brings creativity, energy, and a grasp of the varied components that make interactive projects successful.
Eric has overseen a variety of technology and marketing projects, including the overhaul and relaunch of entire corporate websites; new website and microsite launches; interactive presentations; online marketing campaigns; e-learning sites; and internal systems for workflow, marketing, information management, and productivity. He is well-versed in interactive marketing tactics and strategies including social media; podcasts; 3D animation; video; banner advertising and media buying; copy development; search engine optimization; and paid search.
A cum laude graduate of Harvard University, Eric performed post-baccalaureate work in computer science at Columbia University and later received two degrees that reflect his dual commitment to business and technology; an MA in Digital Graphics from the New York Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Pace University in New York, each awarded with honors.
