INTERACTIVE PROJECT MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Project Managers are responsible for internal and external leadership on mid-to-large sized projects of moderate complexity. He or she may support an Account Director or Senior Project Manager. They provide day-to-day team and project leadership and are accountable for achieving client objectives for scope, quality, timing and budget, while ensuring that objectives for product quality and financial profitability are realized.

The right candidate will need to work independently and be capable of managing cross-disciplinary project teams, bringing energy and creativity while adhering to deadlines and managing projects on budget. A highly organized, proactive, and strategic thinker who adds value to the Client relationship will flourish in the position.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Minimum 3-5 years Project Management experience at an interactive agency
• Demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous projects to completion within constraints of time, scope and budget
• Strong knowledge of standard project management methodologies and tools
• Demonstrated ability to use project management tools such as Microsoft Project
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including ability to work effectively with managers from widely varying disciplines including Information Architects and Designers
• Ability to manage various interactive project types: website build, email campaign development, banner campaigns
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Solid understanding of technical, systems integration and project implementation issues

FINANCIAL MANAGER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The right candidate will be an experienced finance/operations professional capable of managing back office.  Full responsibilities will include all accounting, bookkeeping, timesheets, billing and invoices, ARs, as well as P&L reporting.  As part of the senior management team, this position will have policy development authority to drive productivity improvements across firm, with emphasis on strong cost management and business process efficiencies.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Successful candidates will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 10 years with professional services or marketing services firms
• Demonstrated success managing multiple simultaneous projects to completion within constraints of time, scope and budget
• Strong knowledge of standard financial management tools and methodologies
• Expert knowledge of Excel, QuickBooks Enterprise & QuickBooks Pro
• Very strong aptitude for business software applications, including proficiency with billing, general ledger, and spreadsheet programs
• Strong communication and leadership skills, including ability to work effectively with managers from widely varying disciplines
• Ability to manage various assignments and responsibilities simultaneously
• Team-oriented and self-motivated
